DUE TO CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES REGARDING COVID-19, POSTAGE MAY TAKE LONGER.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail International Track and Signed postal service.

Wolfhard Silver cannot be responsible for delays in postal services, nationally and internationally.

Please note that items sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.

To avoid the need for exchanges, please read our product descriptions thoroughly. We measure each piece and write clear descriptions that contain the information necessary to avoid issues and allow you to make an informed purchase.

Please be aware of your size, desired chain lengths, etc. and be thoughtful about the pieces you are interested in before ordering our jewellery.

We require any faulty items being returned, to be unworn and in original packaging.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, all piercing jewellery cannot be returned.

We do not allow returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyer's remorse, unless it is an issue on our end or the product is damaged on arrival.

As the customer, you will be required to pay any shipping fees for returning items. We recommend you use a tracking service to ensure delivery.
