Wolfhard Silver jewellery is made to the highest standard using top quality and recycled (where possible) materials. Each piece will last a lifetime and also comes with a 5 year polishing service. (UK ONLY)

All jewellery comes with aftercare instructions, we ask that you follow these steps to keep the piece in good condition. If you require this in a digital format or in a larger print please email hello@wolfhardsilver.com along with your order information.

Wolfhard Silver will carry out any repairs resulting from genuine manufacturing faults, free of charge for three months from the date of purchase.

We will be happy to repair your jewellery from ourselves for a small fee, after three months of purchase.

Please contact us via email (hello@wolfhardsilver.com) to arrange any repair work.

Any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced or repaired at the client’s expense.

By purchasing from Wolfhard Silver, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials.

All silver/gold/platinum/palladium pieces will be hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office in accordance with the 1973 Hallmarking Act.

All pieces are made to order and are subject to delays depending on time frames from subcontractors. However, we aim to deliver within 6-8 weeks. Items which are ready to ship, will be sent within 2 weeks. We will always keep you up to date on your piece. Any persistent requests for updates will be ignored until after 8 weeks has passed for custom pieces. If you require a piece for a certain occasion, please contact us and we will do our upmost to deliver on time.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance and tracking. All international orders will be sent via courier of our choosing (please contact us if you have a preference) along with insurance and tracking.

All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling.

We offer a free sizing service for any custom piece. We will send a ring sizer out to you free of charge.

Gift vouchers last 2 years from date of purchase and cannot be used against entry to competitions and cleaning or repair services. All gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5 year polishing service must be after 5 years of purchase or last polish. All services of this nature must be booked in advance and postage is for the cost and discretion of the customer. We recommend using a tracking service when posting items back to us. Polished items will be returned free of charge. Polishing services are for UK customers only.

Workshops

Bookings are made only through Eventbrite unless its a private booking. Bookings made through Eventbrite are liable for the booking platform charges. these are non-refundable. Private booking terms and conditions are stated to you in writing during booking. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellations can be made not later than 7 days before the event. Eventbrite booking fees are not refunded.

You may transfer your ticket to another person no later than 48 hours before the event. This has a fee of £15.

Digital vouchers are available on the Wolfhard Silver Web Shop. These are non-refundable, non-transferable and once purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any non-attendees or late arrival ticket holders will not be able to use their tickets for another event or receive a refund.

Once you are booked onto an event date, that is final. You must cancel and rebook.

Workshops are for 18 years and above only. Anyone found to be underage in attendance, will be asked to leave.

You must not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs during any workshop. you will be asked to leave.

Please wear suitable. old clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Wolfhard Silver and affiliates do not take any responsibility for damaged clothing and belongings brought to the workshop.

Workshops contain hazards such as open flames and sharp instruments. Your tutor is first aid trained and has a first aid kit to hand if anything was to happen. Wolfhard Silver and affiliates take no responsibility for injury after intended misuse of tools and other items that are the property of the tutor, Wolfhard Silver and its affiliates.

Any food allergies or intolerances must be brought to our attention at no later than 24 hours before the event. As your workshop may use an external caterer for the event, we cannot fully avoid cross contamination of allergens, although care will be given to prevent this. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Castings are invoiced to you after the event, should you wish to proceed with the service. your castings will not be sent to the casters until you have paid. Failure to pay by the due date will result in your jewellery to be sent the following month or charged extra for individual postage & packaging.

Once castings are sent, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended.

If your castings fail and do not pass QC checks at the casters, you’ll receive a full refund of your invoice (not for the workshop cost). Your tutor will ensure your piece is at its highest potential for passing the quality checks but is not liable, nor is Wolfhard Silver, our affiliates or the subcontracted company.

Polishing and finishing service is included in the casting fee but is broken down on your invoice. This service is a non-negotiable fee and cannot be removed if you have ordered your piece to be cast via Wolfhard Silver.
